原标题：“防止男性青少年女性化？”教育部答复了
1月28日，教育部官网发布文件《关于政协十三届全国委员会第三次会议第4404号（教育类410号）提案答复的函》，对《关于防止男性青少年女性化的提案》进行答复。
文件表示，将从四个方面入手解决相关问题：加强体育教师配备、加强学校体育制度顶层设计、深入开展健康教育、加大相关问题的研究。
在“加强体育教师配备”这一条里，文件提到将适度改进体育教师教学方法和形式，更多注重学生“阳刚之气”的培养。

男生必须有“阳刚之气”是性别偏见吗？
针对这一问题，《凤凰周刊》在微博上发起了投票。截至今天下午14时40分，近7万人进行了投票。结果显示，3万网友认为“不是偏见，男女本就有别”，另有2.7万网友认为“是偏见”。
对于“男性青少年女性化”或者说“阴柔之风”的流行，专家们是如何看待的呢？
中国青少年研究中心青年研究所所长邓希泉曾对《人民日报》记者表示，阴柔文化是一种当下较为流行的青年文化，是青年试图与以前文化相区别的一种文化尝试。他同时指出，从整体看，当代青年的身型、体质、健康行为、责任意识、担当能力均在不断优化。
河北科技大学外语学院副教授王伟滨则在其撰写的一篇文章中提出，文明社会本来就不应硬性规定何种形象才是“合适的”性别形象。审美的多元化，正说明一个社会的健康性。只不过当下“女性化”的男性形象太过盛行，做些矫正，想必也还有些必要。
